For eight years, Instantly has been a leading provider of global audience sample to market research firms and Fortune 500 brands for all types of online and mobile research studies.

As the leader of Audiences, Jim will focus on the continued growth of Instantly’s large consumer panel while further optimizing project feasibility, panelist responsiveness and survey completion.

Jim has 25 years of experience driving growth through sales and customer experience at small, medium and large companies in industries as diverse as government service to software and information technology. Recently, Jim was CEO at Sycamore Canyon Strategies, a small- and medium-sized business consultancy focused on strategy and the dramatically changing sales and marketing landscape.

Prior to Sycamore Canyon Strategies, Jim held a succession of senior leadership roles at early-stage and mature companies in software, technology solutions and internet services. As CEO at Affinity, Inc., he and his team built the nation’s largest specialized internet services company. As CEO at Pictage, Jim helped establish the company as a leading services provider in the professional photography industry, and as CEO at Bizmago, he led a team providing full-service advertising support to small businesses.
