Toluna, one of the world’s leading providers of online survey research respondents and enabling technologies, can now make available purchase, preference, and media consumption data from the Experian Marketing Services’ Simmons® National Consumer Study (NCS).  Joint clients of Toluna and Experian Marketing Services with a license to the Simmons NCS, will be able to view custom survey questions and/or custom segmentations through the Simmons NCS.

“A brand, market research company or advertising agency can continue to use Toluna to pre-test variations of possible advertisements in advance of upcoming campaigns,” stated Carol Haney, Toluna’s Senior Vice President of Product Marketing. “Through our relationship with Experian Marketing Services, clients will now be able to examine consumer responses by consumers’ preferred communications channel (e.g., text messaging, Facebook, television) without having to burden respondents by re-asking those preference questions within the pre-test.  This new relationship is a great example of the respondent-friendly, value-add services that we seek to provide our clients.”

Experian Marketing Services produces a syndicated, national consumer research product, the Simmons National Consumer Study (NCS), based on thousands of interviews each year which reports on more than 60,000 data elements including consumer purchase, brand preferences, and media consumption information in addition to demographic, attitudinal and behavioral information.
