Instantly’s Automated Sample solution is a next-generation sample management system that provides real-time access to millions of high-quality, richly profiled respondents.

As the head of Instantly’s Automated Sample solution, Carla will build on the company’s momentum and lead the team into new areas of market growth and innovation.

Carla has over 15 years of experience driving sales, marketing, and operations for high-growth, companies that serve global consumer brands and agencies.

Most recently, Bourque was the CEO of Smartify, a marketing automation and analytics innovator where she was responsible for overall operations and managed a cross-functional team including sales, client services, marketing and engineering.

Prior to that, she held senior management roles directing sales, marketing, operations and partnerships for leading marketing analytics companies including: Buddy Media (acquired by Salesforce), Say Media (formerly Six Apart), Nielsen Online, Catalina Marketing, Rapt (acquired by Microsoft) and Jupiter Media Metrix (acquired by comScore/Nielsen).
