The Healthcare Division of Morpace Inc. announces the hiring of several key staff members to expand the professional expertise and consulting services available to healthcare clients.
Patsy Clark, Vice President, comes to Morpace with over 20 years’ experience in full-service market research and consulting with a specialization in customer/member satisfaction. Patsy is skilled in relevant analytic approaches and oversees the Morpace team that manages custom research in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Debra Nicol Fin, Vice President – Business Development, specializes in strategic marketing for health plans, hospitals, and medical device companies. Debra brings more than 20 years’ experience in improving business success, with specific expertise in physician/health plan relations, Medicaid marketing and member services, member/patient satisfaction and experience and health service brand and product development.
Kathy Lester, Vice President – Business Development, brings over 25 years of clinical and managed care experience. She has worked at both Medicaid and Medicare health plans in Quality Management and Operations. She is an expert in CAHPS1 and incorporating CAHPS insights into practical quality initiatives. Clinically, Kathy has eight years’ experience in cardiac surgery and ICU settings.
Allison Bush has recently been promoted to Vice President. She has 11 years of service with Morpace and is responsible for the Morpace team that plans and executes regulatory research for all managed care clients. In addition to CAHPS programs, she oversees a host of related programs designed to inform quality improvement decisions at health plans.
