Los Angeles – April 22nd, 2014.  uSamp, the technology leader in providing targeted audiences for global consumer and business insights, announced today a record quarter, fueled by European growth, which is up 42 percent year over year. This growth is thanks to strong demand for the cutting-edge, technology-based research that the company provides to the world’s most significant companies. Further growth is expected in 2014.

“uSamp has experienced a tremendous year of growth, as well as significant product innovation and an influx of thought leadership, thanks to key additions to our executive team,” said Alan Gould, CEO, uSamp. “We have the greatest minds in the business, providing exceptional value and fast, actionable insights to thousands of customers through the largest online panel in the world. I’m pleased to report that our performance this past year reflects that demand and that loyalty.”

uSamp continues to serve 30 of the top 50 Honomichl companies, an annual compilation of the top 50 revenue-generating marketing research firms in the U.S. The company recently completed its 50,000th research project since inception and is pleased to announce a 90+ percent completion success rate for proposed research opportunities.  Customers cite flexibility, responsiveness, competitive pricing, accuracy, innovation and speed as top reasons for their continued business with uSamp – all of which contributed to an all time-high Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat) score of 98 percent, a testimonial to their continued loyalty.

uSamp announced its plans to launch its Adaptive Profiling™ system to manage and access audiences for market research, a departure from the industry standard to ultimately double survey completion rates. Also in March, the company announced a significant investment in its next-generation sampling business called SampleCORE™. The technology enhancements – including the move to a fully-open Application Programming Interface (API) platform and enhanced sampling and distribution mechanisms – will provide clients with greater flexibility, efficiencies and scalability.

Enhancing uSamp’s footprint in mobile, the company joined forces with CrowdComputing Systems (CCS) – provider of WorkFusion, the leading crowd computing software platform – to integrate uSamp’s global audience of 12 million into WorkFusion’s to build the world’s largest distributed network.

In addition to experiencing a record quarter in terms of revenues accompanied by a streak of product innovation, uSamp recently bolstered its executive team with key strategic hires and promotions. Elisabeth Mischel, a senior executive from Nielsen Catalina Solutions, joined the company as vice president for Instant.ly platform, which delivers business and consumer insights on-demand with extraordinary speed, accuracy and ease-of-use. Karyn Hall, a former director at Kraft, also came on board as vice president of Instant.ly. Finally, Ted Bouzakis, most recently head of North American sales, was promoted to executive vice president and head of North American sales for the company.
